Aaron Groth

Content Contributor

Aaron isn’t a medical, golf or fitness professional.  He is a normal guy who, in 2012, decided to switch to a plant-based diet and begin a journey of questioning and researching all things diet and nutrition.  He has a knack for reading and writing.  He is a freelance writer, dabbles in jiu-jitsu and has the time to keep up with all things relevant.  Aaron brings a fresh, non-filtered perspective to our content generation that goes well beyond golf.

The power of the TPI program is the assessment. As Physical Therapists we watch how people move, diagnose what is wrong and develop a plan to correct those faulty patterns every day. We combine our passion for golf with our knowledge of movement and start you on the path to PURE GOLF.

The U.S. is approaching a movement epidemic. Our bodies are made to move and we simply aren’t feeding that need. Our schedules, pain, and excuses all keep us from moving as much as we know we should. Research shows that you learn better, have more fun, are more engaged, and are able to develop a routine when you work in group classes. You will never regret moving better. Nobody reflects back on a year and thinks “Man, I wish I felt worse, gained more weight and moved less.” Let us help you make that change.

The TPI program is proven at the tour level, but it is truly powerful at the amatuer level. The average golfer has a large window for improvement. Most of us are weekend warriors. We are looking to maximize our potential to better our results during the company scramble, club championship, or Saturday morning on the links with your buddies. We understand this!!! Your body is the #1 indicator of your golf swing. Improve your body and how you move and ultimately improve your game.
